Pre-School Course (Approx 3 weeks).
We suggest this is done between 18 mths & 30 mths and is particularly important if you are not going to Break-In your horse until it is 3 or 4yrs of age but you still want your horse to have a basic education so it is easy to handle and less likely to cause injury to itself or anyone handling it.
Flat fee to teach your horse the following:
To be caught, led, tied up, washed, covered, how to behave on the Walker & to be nice to a farrier, vet and other health professionals.
At the end of it’s Pre-School education, you will see it being lunged very quietly on both reins and being confident enough to be pleasant to handle when you take it home.
Course includes a thorough explanation and (if you would like) personal tuition as to how to handle and deal with your youngster when you take it home.
Your horse’s diet will be managed by Abderry and this will be appropriate for it’s condition and stage of training.
After your horse has received it's Pre-School education, the next course available is in
Sporthorse Primary School for Breaking-In. The exact timing of this will depend on your horse's maturity. We will be very happy to advise on this subject.
