She is insistent that her pupils think what they want and then "Just Do It". You will find her coaching very down to earth and lots of fun.
In Flatwork Lessons, Cheski will work on your position and security in the saddle, which will in turn improve the way your horse/pony responds to your ridden aids. The flatwork exercises will be appropriate for both Dressage and Jumping and Event Training for both you and your mount.
In Precision Riding, Cheski will test your ability to ride set patterns exactly as directed. Work will include working in the open and across paddocks and over poles on the ground and very small fences, but the emphasis will be on the quality of work and execution of control after "the test" rather than on "the test" itself.
In Jump training, Cheski will bring together the techniques learnt in Flatwork and Precision Riding to prove to yourself how much more control and confidence you've gained from working with Cheski. The height of jumps in Jump Training will be appropriate for the combination of you and your horse and the exercises given will ensure that you are thinking past the JUMP and into the first stride of landing as this is the first stride of the approach to the next fence.
