How Good is your Control of Paces over a route of approx 250m

First 1/3rd:	How SLOWLY can you trot?
Second 1/3rd	How FAST can you walk?
Last 1/3rd	How SLOWLY can you canter?

Level 1 Obstacle Course (Unmounted)

Lead in Walk through a narrow corridor	4m Step Back from a narrow space
Lead up to a coloured barrel	Lead in trot through a narrow corridor
Lead over a small obstacle	10 sec Immobility without restraint
Pick out front feet without horse fidgeting.  (Hoof pick provided)	Mount from a Mounting Block.  Horse  immobile

Level 2 Obstacle Course

Walk, Trot, Canter at defined points	4m Rein Back from a narrow space
Trot through a narrow corridor	Open & Close a Standard Farm Gate
Ride an S-Bend with two hands	Walk to 10 sec Immobility without restraint
Lying over horse's neck in trot between two defined points	Picking an object up from a barrel and taking to another in trot.

Level 3 Obstacle Course

Riding Up a Steep Incline	Riding Down a Steep Incline
Lying over horse's neck in canter between two defined points	Trot to Halt - 5 sec Halt.to be immobile without rider restraint
Canter through a narrow corridor	Ride an S-Bend with one hand
Canter through bending cones	Canter over poles on the ground

Level 4 Obstacle Course

Leading under very low "branch"	Walking under very low "branch"
Trotting under very low "branch"	Cantering under very low "branch"
Mounting without using a Mounting Block (but fence line adjacent)	Jumping narrow grid in canter
Trot, jump, canter, trot, walk	Canter to Halt. Halt to be immobile
