Bridling Issues

My horse clamps his teeth shut and throws his head around when I try to put his bridle on. I've had his teeth checked by a dentist, and there's nothing wrong. Answer

Lazy on the Lunge

I have a seven-year-old TB who is incredibly lazy when I lunge him. He either walks really slowly or stands still. He doesn't even move when I tap him with the whip. He's also really lazy to lead, although he's fine to ride. What can I do to encourage him to go forwards on the lunge? Answer
